8:00AM - 9:00AM - Cooking can commence. Teams must have personnel at their location by this time and all equipment should be in place no later than 9:00AM.
10:30AM - Rules walkthrough and food safety inspection commences. Teams must have food safe sanitizer available at their cooking area.
12:00 PM - Public admittance begins. Participants must have samples ready to serve by no later than 12:00 PM.
2:30 PM - Participants will deliver 1 PINT of chili to the judges table with their respective number.
3:30 PM - People’s choice votes are tallied and winners announced
